The Z Club hosted their annual senior breakfast on April 24 before school.

Every year, Z Club hosts a breakfast for their outgoing seniors. This was created to commemorate the hard work and dedication of its members throughout the years.

New and old exec board members were expected to serve the seniors. Members set up the kitchens located in the back of D101 the previous evening. They arrived at 7:15 am on the day of the event to prepare for the seniors’ arrival.

Laura Harper brought pancakes, fruit, condiments, and drinks for the girls. Former Z Club sponsor Annette White brought monogrammed gifts for the seniors.

“I love doing this for the girls every year. They work so hard throughout the year. It’s nice to give them something to look forward to,” White said.

The senior girls arrived at 7:45. Teachers and staff were also invited to eat breakfast. Girls took drink orders and began serving the seniors.

While the members were eating, Z Club sponsors Devin Rachels and Carrie Loridans spoke words of encouragement to the outgoing seniors. Each girl received a gift and a certificate for their time in Z Club.

“This is my second year doing this and I really enjoy it. I think it shows that members are appreciated. I can’t wait until I’m a senior,” junior representative Marleigh Brown said.
