Kylise Edgerson officially signed to Cisco College on April 16, continuing her journey as a student-athlete and taking the next step toward her basketball dreams. The signing took place in the auditorium at 10:30 AM, where friends, family, coaches, classmates, and teachers gathered to celebrate her accomplishment.
Edgerson’s commitment reflects years of hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport. Her achievements not only highlights her personal success but also brings pride to her school community.
“Signing is only the beginning of the goals I plan to accomplish ,” Edgerson said. “I’m excited for what God has in store for me and I plan to attack every challenge I face head first. Go Wranglers!”
Her words show her determination and readiness for the next level.
Those close to Edgerson also shared their pride and admiration.
Shawn Devers expressed, “I know that it is something she has been wanting to do her whole life, and I’m so proud of her. I’m grateful to have someone like her in my life. She’s the light in every room and always there for others. I applaud her for that.”
The milestone is important not only for Kylise, but also for other students who look up to her. Her success shows that with commitment and effort, goals can become reality.
As she prepares to begin her college career, Edgerson serves as an inspiration to her peers and future athletes at Captain Shreve.
